AlleyTrak version 5.61.0 Introduces Enhancements to the Reservation Dashboard, New Coupon/Discount Code Management, Improved Package Dynamic Price Management, and Tax Exempt Options for Packages
New Statistics Layout on Reservation Dashboard
We've revamped the statistics widget found on the Reservation Dashboard. We've condensed the layout so that it takes up less space. We've also made the statistics widget collapsible so you can keep it closed and out of the way when you don't need it. Lastly, we've added a new data-point in this statistics widget, Reservation Value, which displays the total value of all confirmed reservations for the selected date.
New Coupon/Discount Code Management
We've added the ability to now import coupon codes directly into AlleyTrak. Previously this would have required a support ticket request to do. Now you can easily import a batch of promo codes into the campaign that you are creating.
Improved Package Dynamic Price Management
We've updated the controls for Dynamic Pricing to now support multi-day configurations for each Dynamic Price record. For example, you might create an entry that charges a specific rate for Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This new control should help simplify and reduce the number of Dynamic Prices you create to manage your packages/events.
Tax Exempt Options for Packages
We've added a new control to Packages that can allow you to determine if sales tax should be calculated. If you use this setting to enable tax exemption, this will only apply to the reservation itself. Taxes will still be applied for Equipment Rentals, Package Addons, and General Addons based on their normal configuration.
