Customer Checkout Experience
In this week's update we have added new logic to modify the customer checkout workflow and the order in which customers select order add-ons. Customers will now be prompted to select which (if any) order add-ons they would like to include in their order as the final step before proceeding to view their order details.
This prompt has some built-in logic to only show if the customer did not previously select and add order add-ons from the main booking page. This prompt works as a way to make customers aware of add-ons available to them and to encourage add-on purchases.
