AlleyTrak version 5.96.0 - Enhancements to Time Increments & Lane Availability Checker
Time Increment Settings
We've refactored how AlleyTrak blocks out time for events in AlleyTrak in relation to your Time Increment setting. Historically chanting your time increment setting could introduce a need to review and update reservations to ensure they had the appropriate time increments blocked reserved.. This change will enable you to freely switch between time increments while still blocking out time for events correctly.
This change helps create more flexibility within the system, but is also a critical component in our roadmap towards supporting multi-activity bookings.
Lane Availability Checker
We've refactored the AlleyTrak Reserved Lanes API and underlying logic that handles availability management. This change positions the API to support multiple locations and activities and includes some performance improvements. Refactoring the underlying logic allowed us to also improve the Block After control in AlleyTrak, which now handles edge cases reservations like split-reservations more gracefully.
Additional Changes:
We've added new logic to the multi-tenant admin controls within AlleyTrak when switching between AlleyTrak accounts. Switching between tenant accounts will automatically refresh the admin panel, and reconstruct various dynamic elements within the interface.
