Terms and Conditions:
The cost for your bay reservation is by the hour. Your bay reservation will start and stop at your reserved time regardless of where you are at in your game. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 48 hours before your reservation time. We will not refund any money for a reservation cancelled without a 48-hour notice. If you cancel within the 48-hour time frame, you may be refunded the amount paid in the form of a gift card to be used at a later date at PrairieFire or PrairieView. Due to the amount of reservations we have daily, once your bay reservation is completed, we ask that you relocate to a new section of the facility so that the reservation behind you can access the bay for the time they reserved.

How Long Should I Book?
Our system will continually make updates based on the data you provide us. As you make changes to the date, start and end time, guest size and bay selection you will see notices and changes happen automatically as we check availability based on the information you are providing us with.
All of our payment processing is handled by Authorize.net, a 3rd party payment processing vendor so you can rest assured that your data and information is secure.
