AlleyTrak version 1.1.13 launches today and includes an update to our User Access Groups, addition to the Reservation Quick-View, launch of the new AlleyTrak website and bug patches.
Update: User Access Groups
We've updated user access groups to accommodate larger teams and more users access to AlleyTrak's administrative panel. Two new user access groups “Reservation Viewer” and “Reservation Editor” have been added which only allow these groups to view and or edit reservations. You can find more information about this in the AlleyTrak Documentation section of the administrative panel.
New AlleyTrak Home Website
We're excited to launch the brand new AlleyTrak home website. We've included some new features to make the site more interactive and provide more information for prospective customers. We've also refined the AlleyTrak trial signup process and included a newsletter sign up for our recently launched blog. Our blog launched will contain AlleyTrak update information and other industry related information.
Miscellaneous Updates & Bug Patches
Other updates include adding payment status information to the Reservation Quick-View and we identified and fixed a bug allowing users to create a 30 minute reservation overlap. As of v1.0.12 our double booking prevention and monitor tool has been scanning and checking for double books, and only one instance of this reservation overlap occurred and it has since then been taken care of.
