AlleyTrak version 5.79.0 Includes Updates to the Admin Panel UI/UX, Pre-Payment & Remaining Balance UI Updates, and Updates to Package Group Direct Links
Admin Panel UI/UX Updates
We've added a handful of new updates to the AlleyTrak admin panel for a more intuitive user experience.
We've updated a large number of pages/views that have table-based data to be displayed in more columns per data-point. This helps make sorting by columns easier and exporting data to CSV is then easier to work with when importing into Google Sheets or Excel. Oner example is a Package that has an available date range from 2023-10-01 to 2023-12-30, Instead of displaying in one column, we now display two columns so you can sort specifically by the start date, or the end date.
We've moved all of the “Actions” buttons found within each table row to the far left. Previously they were all on the far right. When tables contain many columns or if on a mobile device, you would normally need to scroll to the far right to get into edit mode, or to take actions on records. With the action controls on the far left, it should now be faster to get into editing and managing records.
Pre-Payment and Remaining Balance UI Updates
We've updated the pre-payment and remaining balance workflow to provide a better user experience by pre-filling customer contact information and displaying a short but helpful paragraph describing the event they are paying for, their remaining balance, and the expected payment.
Package Group Direct Links Update
We've updated Package Group Direct Links to now honor and display packages that require a direct link to book. In short, the Package Group Direct Link now counts as an individual Package Direct Link.
