Customizable Convenience Fees
We've added new controls that allow you to now define a custom convenience fee rate that should apply for each package event. Now with this ability, you can pick and choose if and when a convenience fee should be charged, and at what amount.
Keep in mind that Convenience Fees have definitions built into them, and can be redefined as something like a Service Charge, Gratuity, Booking Fee, and more. The primary use case for charging different convenience fees is so that you can charge a higher fee for large events. At certain sized parties, you may want to apply an automatic 20% gratuity fee. With the new customizable convenience fees, you can easily do this specifically for your larger events.
