Minimum Guest Conditional Logic for Booking Questions

We've added a new control for Booking Questions, which allows you to determine a minimum number of guests an event should have for us to ask a question as part of the booking process.

With this control, simply define the guest count for the logic to take effect. By default the question will have the value set to one guest, so it will always ask but you can modify this setting at any time.

Customer Booking Workflow Enhancements

Package Direct Link Update

We've added new logic that applies when utilizing Package Direct Links paired with the “Require Package” setting. This new logic applies when customers try selecting an event date where the particular package is not available. Instead of defaulting to an Open Play booking, the system will recognize that a package booking is still required, and pre-select the first available package.

This change behaves similar to how the Require Package setting pre-selects the first available package when customers enter the booking application through a normal/standard link.

Open Play Availability Detection

We've added new logic when initially loading the booking application to detect if Open Play is available by time for the current selected date. If Open Play is no longer available and there are packages available for the selected date, we will pre-select the first available package automatically for the customer.

Bug Fixes

We've fixed a bug that would prevent customers from being asked Booking Questions on a soft-reload of a page.
We've fixed a bug that would display the incorrect assigned user(s) for a reservation in Reservations > View All.
