AlleyTrak version 5.87.0 Introduces Enhancements to Administrative Report Emails and Pre-Payment Requests 



Administrative Report Emails

We've updated some logic that handles sending daily administrative emails to center staff members. We've observed that the report email service can occasionally become overloaded with emails to send for specific regions where we have a large number of centers utilizing AlleyTrak and the reporting service.

To help alleviate this, we've modified the reporting tool to have more flexibility and agency in sending out these administrative reminder emails, which will improve deliverability and allow the system to continue to scale as we add more centers in these regions.

Pre-Payment Requests

We've added some new fall-back logic for centers who utilize the pre-payment request process. When utilizing the pre-payment request workflow, AlleyTrak will ask the customer to pay the designated deposit amount to confirm their booking.

What can happen however, is that the administrator creating the pre-payment request may not define an official deposit amount. This is usually automatically accounted for if you have deposits enabled for your specific event types, but for events that don't have a required deposit, that amount is defaulted to 0.00.

This new functionality added will detect these occurrences, and instead prompt the customer to pay the full amount for their order.
