Customizable Booking Timeout Duration
We've added a new control that will allow you to determine the booking timeout duration. This setting controls how long we hold onto temporary reservations for, to allow the customer to complete the booking. If the customer does not complete the booking in the defined amount of time, we will direct them to re-confirm their event time and to select from new updated availability.
Previously this setting has always been 30 minutes, but some centers have requested the ability to customize this. Our new setting allows you to define the booking timeout duration as either 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 minutes.
Do note that the booking timeout duration for our PayPal integration will still be locked in at 30 minutes as that payment checkout experience happens off-screen and we don't have the ability to limit the timeout duration.
Full-Width View for Admin Panel
We've modified the AlleyTrak admin panel to support larger browser sizes and to use more of the visual real estate. This enables us to show more lanes when within the dashboard, and to display more information when the user's browser is extra large.
