AlleyTrak version 5.94.0 - Building a Foundation for Bundled Events (Part 1)
One of this year's most ambitious development efforts is centered around Bundled Events. We're building a new way to allow organizations to build complex event offerings that bundle multiple activities into a single booking.
Imagine wanting to offer a package that includes one hour of bowling, followed by thirty minutes in a party room, followed by thirty minutes of axe throwing.
These types of bookings will offer organizations the ability to better manage their entire facility, with all of their events and parties being managed within AlleyTrak.
To support this bundled events concept, we're working to refactor several aspects of AlleyTrak. This week's update involves refactoring a foundational element of AlleyTrak, the Location/Activity settings. The changes we're implementing today will pave the way for other upcoming enhancements all working to support bundled events.
While this week's update is quite extensive in scale, it ultimately includes no new features or functionality. All existing processes will continue to operate as they did before.
