AlleyTrak version 5.95.0 - Building a Foundation for Bundled Events (Part 2)

As we continue developing features to support bundled events, this week's update includes several changes towards that goal in addition to some small bug fixes and enhancements to existing features.

This week's update revolve around refactoring our Dynamic Pricing, and Reservation Block APIs and integrations to support multi-activity bookings.

Bug Fixes:

  1. We've resolved a bug that would allow end-users to see the add-ons selection page in an instance where no add-ons were available for purchase. This only occurred if you required a package event booking, but the customer tried to book and open-play event instead.

    1. Ultimately the customer could still click continue, and would have been redirected back to the reservation details selection page, because no availability would have been identified. This change will help avoid confusion in this rare use-case.

  2. We've resolved a bug that was preventing cross-day bookings for the current date after a certain time.

  3. We've resolved a small bug that was impacting the optimization tool within the availability checker. This change will help ensure the optimization tool can run more often and will reduce the overall load time when checking for availability.

  4. We've resolved a small but that would incorrectly set the guest count value when moving a reservation from one location/activity to another where the minimum guest count for the new location/activity was higher than the event's defined guest count. The system will now appropriately update the events defined guest count to work within the boundaries for the location/activity.
