AlleyTrak version 5.101.0 Introduces Max Lane Hours Setting, Promo Code Limit By Customer and More!
Max Lane Hours Setting
We've added a new control in the Location Settings for Open Play bookings, which allows you to limit the total number of “lane hours” that a customer can reserve. Lane Hours is calculated by the total amount of time a customer is booking across all lanes.
As an example, you could have a Max Lanes Hours setting of 3 hours, which means customers could reserve:
3 lanes for 1 hour
2 lanes for 1.5 hours
1 lane for 3 hours
By default, the Max Lane Hours setting is set to “No Limit”. You can modify the limit setting in Locations > Manage Locations.
Promo Code Limit By Customer
We've added a new control for Promo Codes, which allows you to limit “Single Codes” to only allow a customer to redeem the code one time. We use the customer name, email address, or phone number to validate if the customer should be allowed to redeem the code for their booking.
If the customer tries using the code more than once, they will receive a message during the checkout process informing them that they are not eligible to use the code a second time.
Go High Level Integration Update
We've updated our Go High Level integration to improve the CRM capabilities by always adding customers to your Go High Level account. Customers will be given a tag of “opted-in” or “not-opted-in” depending on their communication preference. 
Our Go High Level integration also passes through 3 pieces of information for your CRM automation needs. These fields include the date of the customer's last event, total number of bookings made by the customer, and the total lifetime spend made by the customer. Using these fields you can implement automation in Go High Level to email the customer based on your marketing goals and needs.
Additional Changes
We've added new CSS styling changes to improve the display of reservations in the dashboard for improved color contrast and accessibility.
Bug Fixes
We've fixed a bug that was impacting reservation availability for multi-activity bookings that utilized “Event Start Time” availability configurations.
We've fixed a bug that was impacting reservation availability for activities configured with alphabetical lane identification.
We've fixed a bug impacting “Shift + Click” lane selections for AlleyTrak admins.
