Zapier Webhook for Google Calendar

This week we've added a new configurable Zapier Webhook that will enable you to automatically import events created in AlleyTrak to Google Calendar or similar program. 

Currently the webhook passes through the following parameters related to a booking:

• AlleyTrak Order ID

• Event Start Time (in UTC-0)

• Event End Time (in UTC-0)

• Event Description, including:

• Company name

• Customer name

• Customer email

• Customer phone

• Lanes reserved

• Customer notes

• Admin notes

• Order notes

• Summary (intended for the title of the event)

• Location (intended to uniquely identify orders for sync during editing an event)

In the future we may add more data to this webhook to enable more integrations with Zapier apps. We are also exploring building a Zapier Webhook for transaction data.
