AlleyTrak version 5.110.0 Introduces New Controls For Email Templates, SelectPi Integration, new Open Play Lane Availability, Updates to our Zapier Integration, and more!
Enhancements to Email Templates 
We've updated our Order Confirmation and Event Reminder email notifications to now support a handful of tokens. These tokens will give you more control to infuse event and center details in an automated way.
We've also added new controls for centers to have the ability to define the introductory message found at the top of the Order Confirmation and Event Reminder emails.
The email templates can be managed in Locations > Manage Locations.
Open Play Lane Availability Control
We've added a new control which allows you to select the specific lanes you want to offer for Open Play events. Managed in Locations > Manage Locations, this new control will allow you to more manage your facility as a single location/activity while still offering a variety of Open Play events, and Parties/Packages/Suites in another portion of the location/activity.
The Open Play Lane Availability control allows you to select the specific lanes where Open Play events can be booked. 
Open Play Start Time Control
We've added a new control which allows you to select specific start times for Open Play events. Instead of relying entirely on the Time Increment setting, this new control will allow you to utilize the quarter-hour time increment for maximum flexibility for you and your staff, while still restricting your customer's ability to start events on the half-hour or hour.
SelectPi Integration
We're excited to launch a new integration, with SelectPi, the #1-selling ball dispenser in the world. With this integration enabled, AlleyTrak will automatically create new ball redemption codes/vouchers for customers and deliver them to the customer. Customers can then walk-up to the SelectPi ball dispenser, scan their code, and collect their balls.
Our current implementation for SelectPi includes a workflow, where customers will not receive their redemption code/voucher until the customer is checked in with AlleyTrak. When checking in the customer within AlleyTrak, we will send the customer either a text-message with the code. If no phone number is on file for the customer, we will send an email instead. 
Zapier Integration Updates
We've updated our New Booking Zapier integration to include additional information, providing more flexibility for event formatting, and additional integration capabilities.

TouchDesk Integration Updates
We've updated our TouchDesk integration to include additional information about the booking. These details will be stored in the TouchDesk event's Notes field:
Company name

Event type (open play, or package title)
Lane assignments
Guest count
Customer message
Administrative notes
Order notes
Order addons
Promo Code Updates
We've updated promo codes to now support large quantities of redemption for campaigns utilizing the single code format. New options include 1,000 redemptions, and unlimited redemptions. 
New Definition for Lanes
We've added a new lane definition for Simulators.
