AlleyTrak version 5.113.0 Introduces Custom Waivers & Contracts
We're excited to announce the launch of custom waivers and contracts in AlleyTrak! This update will help organizations offer a seamless and secure way for customers to sign waivers and contracts digitally. Whether you're hosting a family event or managing group bookings, this new feature will streamline the process, saving time and enhancing the guest experience.

Key Features:
Built in Kiosk Mode
The waiver form is built with kiosk-mode support enabled by default. With this feature, AlleyTrak will regularly check for inactivity in the waiver, and clear out waiver submission data to keep data safe for multiple customer usage.
Built for Families & Multi-Guest Submissions
When a customer submits the waiver or contract, they will see a confirmation page, confirming the receipt along with the ability to submit another or end their session. Ending a session will automatically clear all entered data, perfect for use for the next event.
Families will easily and quickly be able to submit multiple waivers.
Linking Between Reservations/Bookings
If you include the waiver/contract link to the event type configuration, AlleyTrak will automatically include a custom URL for all event guests to submit waivers from. When a customer submits a waiver from this custom URL, AlleyTrak will automatically associate the waiver to the reservation/booking.
Reservations with waiver submissions are viewable from the Reservation View from the AlleyTrak dashboard. This process will help you during check-in to identify additional guests who still need to submit a waiver.

Customer Database Growth
Waivers have a few pieces of information that customers are required to provide. This includes the signee's first name and last name, email address, and phone number. This information is crucial to enable staff to easily look up submissions from days, weeks, or months ago and to validate you have a submission on file.
Digital Copy of Signature
Waivers and contracts submitted by customers include two points of reference and verification.
We retain a text-based record in AlleyTrak confirming the details of the submission. You will see this information in the Reservation Viewer, and the Waiver Submissions page.
We retain an image-based record of the submission. This provides a snapshot of what the customer saw and filled out when submitting the waiver or contract.

Easy-QR Code Generation
With the introduction of Waiver's we've added new infrastructure to AlleyTrak to create QR codes for the waivers and contracts you create. These QR codes are ideal for display in your center, for customers to scan on their mobile device, and to submit on their own personal device. This approach can avoid your need to supply a tablet or computer for customers to review and sign waivers and contracts.
You can access the Waiver QR code from Waivers > Manage Waivers > Actions.
Pricing & Availability
We invite all existing AlleyTrak users to test out waivers & contracts. For the first month of release, we are offering the waivers & contract features at no additional cost.
After this trial expires, waivers will require the AlleyTrak Ultimate subscription for use. Please contact us if you would like assistance upgrading to the AlleyTrak Ultimate subscription.
