AlleyTrak version 5.114.0 Introduces Inrange Integration Enhancements, New Zapier Integration for Transactions, and New Package Upgrades & Downgrades
Inrange Integration Enhancements
We've added two new mechanisms that allow you to control the Inrange play style defined as part of the booking. The first option, through booking questions is a choice that you give to the customer. The second option, through a package setting, is a fixed setting based on the package event type.
Booking Question for “Play Style”
We've added a new booking question type, which allows you to ask the customer what type of Inrange game mode they would like to play single-player or multiplayer.
This configuration is great for organizations that charge the same rate for single-player and multiplayer games.
Package Setting for “Play Style”
We've added a new package setting for Inrange play style. This setting will set a fixed expectation for an event. This setting works great when you want to charge different rates based on the play style.
If you try to use both the package setting for Inrange play style and a booking question, the package setting will take priority and be what ultimately is selected for the customer.
Zapier Integration for Transactions
We've added a new Zapier integration in AlleyTrak for sending transaction/payment confirmation data to Zapier. This integration will enable you to integrate AlleyTrak transactions into popular 3rd party tools and services for improved efficiencies.
Our Zapier integration passes through the following information:AlleyTrak Transaction ID
Location/Activity ID
Order ID
Gateway transaction id
Event date
Amount
Amount (as an integer)
Customer company
Customer name
Customer email
Customer phone
Date the transaction was processed
Package Upgrades & Downgrades
We've added two new controls to the package manager, which enable you to set up automatic upgrades and downgrades for events based on party-size. If you define either an upgrade or downgrade option, the customer will automatically have their event-type adjusted if they try to increase or decrease the number of guests participating outside of what the package is configured to support.
