AlleyTrak version 5.115.0 Introduces New Customer Messaging Tools and Improved Admin Payment Processing
New Customer Messaging Tools
We've added a new tool for you to message customers. This customer messenger is accessed from the Reservation Viewers, and will give center staff the ability to send the customer a text message or email. Text messages require the AlleyTrak Ultimate subscription and are limited to 160 characters.
All messages sent to customers are logged and can be viewed through the messaging dashboard. 
Improved Admin Payment Processing
We've added some enhancements to the processes of entering and processing a payment when creating or modifying reservations within the AlleyTrak admin panel. These enhancements will help by skipping a few steps of the previous workflow, which required you to re-enter customer contact information and to select a payment gateway. Since most centers only configure one payment gateway, we can bypass this and automatically select the first active gateway.
