AlleyTrak version 5.119.0 Introduces a New Reporting Engine, Request Pre-Payment Enhancements, and More!

New Reporting Engine

We've refactored our reporting engine for creating reports on Orders and Transactions. The new reporting dashboard provides new controls for creating on-demand reports. Notable features:

• Ability to customize the type of report you are generating.

• Results are now loaded in the AlleyTrak admin panel for view and easy download.

• Reports can contain much larger data-sets than previously implemented.

• The new orders report contains 18 new metrics/data-points per booking
• The new transactions report contains 9 new metrics/data-points per booking

Pre-Payment Request Expirations

We've added new controls that allow you to determine how long a pre-payment request is valid for. If the customer has not completed the booking within the defined duration of time, AlleyTrak will automatically cancel/archive the event and notify the customer and center staff about the canceled event.

Additional Updates

• We've added the “Remaining Balance Link” to the Reservation Viewer, which will make it easier for you to get the remaining balance link and send it to the customer.
