SelectPi Member Balance Payments Enhancements
We've added a new control to the SelectPi member balance payments functionality to allow centers to enable and disable the member balance payment capabilities. SelectPi Same-Day Pin Code Generation
We've built out a new process to handle generating SelectPi pin codes the day of the event. This mechanism is critical for organizations that manage accounting and reporting under accrual principals and that utilize SelectPi as the primary reporting engine.
The process for generating SelectPi codes will automatically generate pin codes for events that have not yet had a code generated and are scheduled to start within the next 30 minutes.
Generated pin codes are automatically delivered to the customer based on the contact details entered into AlleyTrak, with SMS as the preferred delivery method. If no phone number is added for the customer profile, AlleyTrak will instead send an email to the customer with the pin code.
User Demographic Pricing Enhancements
We've added two new modifications to our User Demographic to help you track and identify pricing and order total calculations.
Within both the reservation viewer and the administrator order confirmation emails, you will now see line-items for each user demographic rate applied to a booking. Each line item will include a total for the cost per-line, plus details pertaining to the quantity (number of guests), and the rate for each quantity.
Deposit Pricing Enhancements
We've added a new mechanic for deposit pricing structures to avoid charging customers a deposit amount that is larger than the order total. This new feature is especially useful when charging per-game pricing structures, but you want to avoid very minimal deposits without charging excessively large deposits for larger events. This new mechanism will help create balance in your deposit collections.
Other Changes
We've removed a color from the administrator dashboard reservation grid. Two colors were quite similar and hard to differentiate.
