AlleyTrak version 5.123.0 Introduces Partial Refunds and Additional Age Requirement Controls

Partial Refunds

This week's update adds support for partial refunds on transactions processed through our Authorize.Net, CardConnect, Square, and Stripe gateway integrations.

With this new feature, you can now refund a specific amount instead of the full transaction total, giving you more flexibility in managing payments. Partial refunds build on AlleyTrak's existing refund functionality while offering greater control over the refund process.

Only administrator-level users can issue partial refunds, and refunds cannot exceed the original payment amount.

Other Changes

• We've added a new definition for our Age Requirement tool, which allows you to specify a maximum age for guests participating  (like all guests must be x years or younger).

• We've added a new INR (Indian Rupee) currency code to AlleyTrak. This can be used to display order totals in native currency amounts for those in India. We are also working on building out a new payment gateway integration to support native INR payments.

• We've resolved a visual bug impacting the custom report builder for people using the Edge internet browser.

• We've added new timezone support for GMT+5:30.
