AlleyTrak version 5.130.0 Introduces New Concurrent Multi-Activity Booking Resource Usage, And Updates to our Payment Gateways, Waivers, Reporting, and More! 
New Concurrent Multi-Activity Bookings Resource Usage
We're excited to add a new setting to multi-activity bookings to support concurrent usage of resource space. The idea is quite simple. If you offer a multi-activity booking that will provide the customer with access to multiple spaces/activities all at the same time, this setting is for you. Instead of back-to-back cycling from one event to the next, AlleyTrak will ensure all activities in the event start at the same time. 
CardConnect/Fiserv Payment Gateway Optimization
We've added a new control which will enable you to determine if customers will be required to provide you payment method billing address information as part of the checkout process. This gives you the ability to enable or disable collecting the billing address, city, and state. AlleyTrak requires the end-user to enter the billing address postal code. 
Waivers & Your Customer Database
We've extended the process of adding contacts to your AlleyTrak customer database, to now automatically import waiver signatures as new contacts into the database. This will help consolidate and simplify reporting and exporting customer contact information.
Quick-Book for Waiver Submissions
We've added a new quick-book action on the Waiver Submission Dashboard, which will take you directly to the page to begin creating a reservation for this customer. This is extremely convenient when you require customers to first sign and submit a waiver before you start to create the event for them in the facility.
SelectPi Integration Enhancements: QR Codes
We've refactored our SelectPi integration so that AlleyTrak is now the source of truth for event details. Customers will now receive a QR code generated by AlleyTrak. When scanned at the ball machine, SelectPi will communicate with AlleyTrak to confirm the event is valid, paid in full, and currently within session. Valid events will receive their balls, and the customer will receive a message notifying them at the machine if there are additional scans still available.
This approach helps provide more flexibility in the future for AlleyTrak, and will help standardize reporting in SelectPi so that all records for transactions/payments are considered for the day of the event.
SelectPi Integration Enhancements: Reporting Within SelectPi
With our new integration workflow, we're also adding some new reporting metrics to SelectPi, which will segment your AlleyTrak bookings into two groups within the SelectPi summary report. 
Online Booking — General reservations and events
Admin Booked Event — Events created by an admin for booking types that are only available for admins to create (ie special events and parties)
New Past-Time Override
We've added a new override control for the Reservation Editor, which will enable you to add/edit reservations for the current date that have passed. This can be particularly useful if you are trying to retroactively make changes to an event that took place.
Waiver Date-Picker Auto-Close
We've refined the date-picker control for the “Event Date” field on waiver submissions. The calendar date-picker will now automatically close once the customer selects their event date.
