Waiver Submissions Advanced Search

We've added a new Advanced Search tool in the waiver submission dashboard to help you look up waivers that were signed a while ago and may not be loading into the dashboard report initially since the dashboard report only loads 200 records at a time.

The new advanced search will search and return waivers with matching terms across the entire catalog of submissions you have on file.

The advanced search will search against the following parameters:

• Order ID

• Name of person signing the waiver

• Email address of the person signing the waiver

• Phone number of the person signing the waiver

• Minor that an adult was signing the waiver for

Auto-Selecting Booking Opportunities

We've added new logic to the customer check-out experience that will automatically select the event time for the customer, if there is only one time option available. This is a way to save a click for customers looking to book an event with limited availability. Examples of this being helpful include:

• A customer booking an event towards the end of the day, where there is only one time-slot remaining.

• A customer booking an event that is only available at a single point in time during the day like registering for a tournament

• A customer registering for an event that has no defined start time, and the customer does not need to make a time selection.

Event Details Suppression

We've added a new feature to allow you to prevent showing event start time details from the customer. This is particularly useful for facilities taking bookings or registrations for events with undefined time requirements like registering for Kids Bowl Free, summer passes, or a multi-day booking.
