Update: AlleyTrak v5.138.0
Posted on 2025-07-13

AlleyTrak version 5.138.0 Introduces New Order Add-on Payment Policies, and Enhancements to Calendar View, Customer Reservation Limit Settings, our Inrange Integration and more!

Require Add-ons Paid in Full

We're excited to add a new feature for order add-ons, which enables you to require a full up-front payment for add-ons. This feature is particularly useful for facilities that only require a partial payment at the time of booking. When enabled, all add-ons included in an order will be added and charged to the customer in full at the time of initial payment, regardless of the general deposit pricing calculation.

Package Selection UI/UX Enhancement

We've modified a mechanism and behavior when viewing and selecting a package event. Historically, clicking the “Go Back” button would reset the event booking type to an “Open Play” event. This was useful in some cases, but in the majority of instances, it is advantageous to keep the existing package selected and active.

Calendar View: Retaining User Settings

We've added a new user-specific setting for Calendar View, which will now remember which location/activity you have configured to load by default. As you come back to the calendar view, hours, days, or weeks later, you will find that your preferred default location (or all locations) will continue to load initially.

Customer Reservation Limit - Limit By Time

We've expanded our customer reservation limit tool, to offer the ability to prevent customers from booking more than one event at the same start time of another event they have already booked.

Inrange Integration Update: Anonymous Bay Assignments

We've added a new mechanism for our Inrange integration, which enables you to transmit booking details to Inrange without specifying which bays they have been assigned to in AlleyTrak. This then allows the customer to start their event at any available bay.
