AlleyTrak version 5.141.0 Introduces Inrange Integration Enhancements, At-Bay/Lane Booking Enhancements, AlleyTrak Webhook Integration Enhancements, and More!
Inrange Integration Enhancements
We've modified our Inrange integration to more effectively communicate multi-bay booking events to the Inrange Facility Manager.
We've modified how we communicate “Quick-Book Reservation” details to Inrange, to better align with how the Inrange Facility Manager groups events together by a shared name.
At-Bay/Lane Booking Enhancements
We've updated logic in AlleyTrak to grant at-bay bookings the ability to book an event at any time, regardless of the defined packages availability. As long as the package is eligible to be booked on the particular day, the customer will have the ability to book the event, assuming there is availability on the bays.
We've modified the at-bay booking workflow logic to enforce a package based event if the facility has a package event required on their account.
AlleyTrak Webhook Update
We've updated the AlleyTrak webhook feature to now be called when deleting or cancelling a reservation.
We've also updated the webhook to pass through the order status parameter so that you can process confirmations, cancellations and deletions in different ways.
Viewing & Deleting Pre-Payment Requests
We've added the ability to view and delete pre-payment requests through the Reservation Viewer. This will help provide visibility and transparency on payment requests logged in AlleyTrak. In addition, staff will have the ability to delete these pre-payment requests in instances where you'd prefer for the customer to pay the full amount due instead of the originally defined pre-payment amount.
In an upcoming update, we will be adding the ability for you to define additional/multiple custom pre-payment requests.
Reporting Dashboard > Transactions Report
We've added a new “created_by” column to the transactions report. This will provide you with information on which AlleyTrak user, or customer initiated the payment.
New Customizable Limited Availability Package Message
We've added a new setting/control for you to customize the message displayed to the customer when a package is identified as having no availability for the selected date. The new setting, titled “Custom Unavailable Message” can be managed in Locations > Packages, and is managed at the package level.
