AlleyTrak version 5.142.0 Introduces New Pre-Payment Request Management Features, Inrange Integration Enhancements, and More!

Pre-Payment Request Management

We've added pre-payment requests that are still unpaid to the reservation viewer. This will give you and your staff the ability to more easily view and manage pre-payment requests. From the reservation viewer you will also have the ability to delete pre-payment requests in addition to creating new payment requests.

Inrange Integration Enhancements

1. We've modified our Inrange integration to better support pin-code updates. The changes implemented will help retain the original pin-code for the customer to provide more consistency in previously sent emails and communication to the customer.

2. We've made modifications to our Inrange integration to resolve an issue when reassigning an event to a different bay/lane that resulted in the event start-time being modified unintentionally. 

AlleyTrak Web-hook Updates

We've standardized some naming around the AlleyTrak order and transaction web-hook. Originally defined as our Zapier integration, we've renamed this to a standard web-hook integration. This is because you can utilize our web-hooks for any 3rd party integration you'd like, not just Zapier. 

We've also expanded and increased the amount of data being passed into our web-hook payloads, to provide you and your 3rd party integrations additional helpful information.

In the future, we will build out a true, native Zapier integration to more easily integrate with additional 3rd party integrations available within Zapier.

Package Groups Enhancements

We've resolved a bug that was impacting some package group configurations that was preventing booking availability limitations from applying correctly.
