AlleyTrak version 5.143.0 Introduces Enhancements to Waiver, Inrange Play Mode Integration, Reservation Viewer Print Styles, and New Payment Visibility in the Reservation Editor

New Event Payment Visibility in the Reservation Editor

We've added a new section to the reservation editor page/screen which will now display the amount/portion of the order total that has been previously recorded against the reservation. This is helpful when calculating a remaining balance and deciding how much you would like to process for additional payments while in the “edit reservation” workflow.

In an upcoming update we will be adding a new feature to auto-calcuate the remaining balance and to define that as the charge amount. We don't typically recommend charging payments through this edit workflow, but realize it can be useful over the primary “record transaction” tool when making larger changes to an event all from one screen.

Inrange Play Mode Integration

We've added new logic to track and manage an AlleyTrak event's “Inrange Play Mode” setting and to ensure that this setting remains consistent as you update and manage the event.

Streamlining Waiver Submissions

We've added new logic to help pre-fill waiver details for customers who are submitting multiple waivers for their dependents. 

Reservation Viewer Print Styles

We've updated some code in AlleyTrak to improve how the reservation viewer prints and saves as a PDF. This enhancement is particularly useful for facilities asking a large number of booking questions or when recording multiple transactions on a single event, resulting in an event with multiple pages of event details.
