AlleyTrak version 5.149.0 Introduces Miscellaneous Transactions
Miscellaneous Transactions
We're excited to introduce Miscellaneous Transactions, which allow facilities to process payments directly within the AlleyTrak admin panel that are not tied to a reservation. This feature gives facilities more flexibility to collect payments for items, services, or fees outside of standard bookings.
Payment Processing
Miscellaneous transactions are supported across all AlleyTrak integrated payment gateways, including Authorize.net, Fiserv/CardConnect, PayPal, RazorPay, Square, and Stripe.
Facilities using the Fiserv/CardConnect gateway can also:
- Connect a Clover handheld terminal to accept card-present payments via tap, swipe, or insert—offering faster checkout and improved processing rates.
- Process payments using a customer's stored payment method for added convenience.
Creating a Transaction
To create a miscellaneous transaction, select an existing customer profile or enter new customer details. The transaction builder includes predefined add-on items for quick order creation, and also allows you to create custom line items with adjustable quantities, pricing, and tax rates.
Receipts & Refunds
Customers automatically receive an email receipt upon successful payment. As with standard orders, facilities can issue full or partial refunds for miscellaneous transactions directly from the admin panel.
Reporting
Miscellaneous transactions are fully integrated into the reporting dashboard and can be included in your custom reports for accurate tracking and reconciliation.
