AlleyTrak version 5.151.0 introduces Custom Lane Identifiers, Customer Credit Management, User Demographic Enhancements, Dynamic Package Pricing Improvements, Per-Player & Per-Game Discounts, and More
Custom Lane Identifiers
We've introduced a new feature that allows facilities to customize how each lane, bay, room, or suite is identified within AlleyTrak. Instead of being limited to a traditional numeric or alphabetical system, you can now assign custom identifiers that better reflect your facility's layout or theme.
Common examples include:
Multi-level golf facilities using bay identifiers like 101, 102, 103 for first-floor bays and 201, 202, 203 for second-floor bays
Event or party rooms identified by names or colors such as Green Room or Blue Room
Escape rooms or karaoke rooms labeled by theme rather than number
These custom lane identifiers are fully integrated with the Inrange integration, allowing facilities to map each bay in the Inrange Facility Manager directly to its corresponding custom name in AlleyTrak.
Customer Credit Management
We've added new tools to the AlleyTrak admin panel that allow staff to add or subtract credits from a customer's account. This feature builds on our recently introduced customer subscriptions and provides more flexibility when managing customer balances.
With customer credit management, you can now:
Issue refunds as account credits
Grant credits for promotions or goodwill gestures
Apply customer credits toward transactions or event bookings
User Demographics: Maximum Guests
User Demographic pricing models now include a new maximum guest count setting. This allows you to define not only the minimum number of guests required for a demographic, but also the maximum number permitted.
Base Rate for X Guests – Dynamic Pricing Enhancements
We've enhanced the Base Rate for X Guests pricing model with expanded dynamic pricing capabilities.
You can now define:
A custom base rate for a specific number of guests
A custom per-additional-guest rate for each dynamic pricing entry
Example:You might charge $125 for 6 guests with an additional guest rate of $10.00. For events booked between 5:00 PM and Close, you can now create a dynamic price of $150 for 6 guests with an additional guest rate of $12.50.
Discount Codes: Per-Player & Per-Game
Discount and promo codes can now be configured to apply per-player or per-game, offering more flexibility in how discounts are applied to reservations and events.
Suppress Event Date Details
A new package-level setting allows you to hide the event date on reservations. This option is primarily designed for special event registrations such as:
Leagues
Tournaments
Kids Bowl Free or summer programs
Other Adjustments & Fixes
Fixed an issue with waivers and contracts validation that allowed submissions with incomplete data
Fixed an issue impacting event duration calculations for per-game events when increasing or decreasing the number of games
