AlleyTrak Version 5.155.0 Introduces Updates to the Event Viewer, Admin Editing Experience, Range Automation Systems Integration, New Party Count Limitations, and More!


Event/Reservation Viewer Updates

  • Promo Codes and the value of the promotion will now display in the event viewer.

  • Transaction notes will once again display in the event viewer.

Admin Editing Experience

  1. We've added package internal titles to the package selection screen in the AlleyTrak admin panel.

  2. We've updated the package and order add-on selectors interface in the reservation editor and creator to be more user friendly and easier to engage with. They now include an action-driven button to help instruct users how to select or change the selected package/add-ons.

Range Automation System Integration

We've reworked our Range Automation System integration based on feedback from our pilot facility. The integration will now more effectively handle additional commands to the ball dispenser, ensuring that time extensions for an in-progress event, or checking in an event early will properly enable the bays.

We've also restructured how you select the duration of the event in AlleyTrak. Instead of selecting a specific number of minutes, you can now use a timer picker to quickly and more intuitively define when the ball machine should shut off. 

New Party Count Limitations

We've added a new mechanism to enable you to restrict the number of non-participating guests. This setting is defined based on the number of lanes/bays/spaces reserved. 

For example, if you set the non-participating guest limit to 2, a customer reserving 1 lane for 1 player could bring at most 2 additional guests, for a total party size count of 3. 

Another group booking for 8 players on 2 lanes, could then bring 4 additional guests (2 per lane), for a total party size count of 10. 

This setting is enabled and managed in Locations > Manage Locations.


Other Updates

  1. The discounted value from a promotion code used will now display in the on-demand order reports.

  2. We've resolved a bug that was causing creation/modification dates to not display correctly.

  3. We've resolved an issue that was impacting customers attempting to pay through the invoice/pre-payment workflow with our CardConnect payment gateway.

  4. We've added promotion code details to the TouchDesk integration.
