AlleyTrak Version 5.156.0 Introduces Custom Inrange PIN Code Generator, New Per-Guest Order Add-Ons, New Promotion Code Requirements, and More!

Custom Inrange PIN Code Generator

We've built a new system for facilities using our Inrange integration to now have the ability to generate on-demand bay PIN codes. This new feature will make it quick and easy for you to generate bay extension codes and walk-in events that may not necessarily need a defined event in AlleyTrak.

Per-Guest Order Add-Ons

We've added a new control and setting to order add-ons which now enables you to sell items and event upgrades for all guests participating in the event. This unique feature will enable you to enforce the add-on per participant, and is perfect for parties, packages, and special events that have various event upgrade options.

New Promotion Codes by Time

We've added the ability to restrict the time of day that a promotion code is valid for. This can be particularly useful when attempting to run an offer with limited duration requirements (like an early afternoon happy-hour special).

New Promotion Codes by Event Duration

We've added the ability to restrict when a promotion code is valid for based on the duration of an event. This new mechanism is perfect for promotions, discounts, and offers where customers can receive a discounted rate for extended play. 

Other Updates

  1. We've resolved a bug that was impacting the event drag-and-drop feature and occasionally preventing staff from reassigning an event to what appears to be a valid event move.

  2. We've modified the AlleyTrak admin panel to now display the original tax, and original tip calculations when editing an event/reservation. 

  3. We've resolved a character encoding display issue in the event viewer for order notes.

  4. We've updated event reminder email notifications to have the reply-to email defined as the facilities help email address.

  5. We've resolved a bug that was causing event details to be unintentionally changed by facility staff when generating and viewing pre-payment/invoice links.
