On-Demand Reporting Updates

We've updated the on-demand reporting tool to now include the Package ID, and Package title for transaction reports.

Reservation Editor Workflow

We've implemented an adjustment to ensure that the “checked in” status for an event will remain in sync as you continue to edit an event ensuring that the checked in status does not reset when you edit an event.

Base Rate for X Guest Calculation Updates

We resolved a bug to correct the Base Rate for X Guest calculations that was impacting the logic for events using the scaled pricing model and charging a modified rate for extended durations or additional lanes. This adjustment will ensure additional lanes are charged at the correct discounted rate moving forward.
