AlleyTrak Version 5.160.0 Introduces Enhancements to Same-Day Cut-Offs, New Definitions, and More!
Same-Day Cut-Offs
We've extended our same-day cut-off setting to now support a customizable cut-off time by the day of the week. Previously, this setting would apply the same time across every day of the week.
Package Dynamic Pricing (Base Rate for X Guests)
We've added a new setting within the package dynamic pricing tool. When charging using the Base Rate for X Guests, you can now customize the number of guests included in the base price based on the dynamic price.
As an example, you may have a package that is $100 for 6 guests, normally, with additional guests charged at $10 each. Then you can have a dynamic price that changes all of these parameters. You could modify the pricing to something like $125 for 4 guests, with additional guests charged at $12 each.
Limited Availability Message
We've corrected a bug that prevented the limited-availability message for packages from loading the customizable message. The system was unintentionally loading the location/activity-defined limited availability message.
Reporting Engine Update
We've updated the AlleyTrak reporting engine to now take daylight savings time into account when generating reports for the Date Created report criteria. The system will now accurately account for the time zone shift for reports with date ranges within daylight saving time. This depends on facilities that have daylight saving time enabled for their activity.
Other Changes
We've added two new definitions related to the Terms & Conditions page that the customer reviewed when booking online.
Facility staff can now customize the checkbox agreement label (most commonly shown as “I agree to the terms.”
Facility staff can now customize the error message shown to customers who try to continue past the Terms & Conditions page without checking to agree to the terms defined.
