AlleyTrak Version 5.161.0 Introduces Enhancements to Waivers and Reservation Blocks Notes

Waivers: Multiple Guests Per Submission

We've made significant enhancements to the user experience of submitting waivers. Waivers now support signing on behalf of multiple minors in a single submission. This is ideal for parents completing a waiver for multiple children, and simplifies the process to a single waiver submission.

Behind the scenes, you will still see individual records for each minor, and the adult that the waiver covers. This will help when searching and looking up waiver submissions by guest name. 

Reservation Block Notes

We've added new infrastructure to support displaying reservation block notes within the availability viewer for reservations. This is incredibly helpful when you'd like to explain why there may be limited or no availability at a particular time. Examples include:

• Noting when you have a league event, and offering information for guests to inquire or sign up.

• Noting a walk-in buffer you may have in place, to set aside a handful of lanes for walk-ins.

• Noting a tournament or special event that is preventing the specific event selected from being bookable at a defined time.
