AlleyTrak Version 5.162.0 Introduces Deeper Integration with Lead Generation Tools and AlleyTrak's Internal Calendar-View

Booking Widget Update

We've added new functionality for you to pre-populate customer details in the booking workflow by including relevant details as query-string parameters. You can now include the Customer's first and last name, email address, and phone number via the corresponding query-string parameters. This is ideal for instances where you have customers fill out a lead/inquiry form on your website or 3rd party tool, before redirecting them to AlleyTrak to book their next event.

New supported parameters include:

• first_name

• last_name

• email

• phone

Calendar View Update: Customizable Event Label

We've added a new mechanism at the location/activity level, which allows you to define a customized event label for the calendar view. This new token, called “Calendar View Event Definition”, is managed in Locations > Manage Locations, and supports the following tokens:

• [[customer_name]]

• [[required_lanes]]

• [[guest_count]]

• [[location_name]]

• [[event_type]]
