AlleyTrak Version 5.172.0 Introduces Custom Confirmation Redirects, New Calendar-View Icons, Admin-Only Promotion/Discount Codes, and More! 

Custom Confirmation Redirects

We've introduced an option for facilities to redirect customers to a custom webpage after successfully booking an event. This feature was primarily introduced to enable the facility to provide a fully custom confirmation page and presentation, while also supporting additional campaign tracking capabilities. When a facility uses custom redirects, we will include dynamic parameters containing the order_id, event_date, event_start, customer_name, and order_total.

New Calendar-View Icons

We've introduced new settings at both the location/activity level and the package level, which enables you to now define a custom icon for different types of events. These new icons are displayed in the Calendar-View and will help facility staff more easily identify events with unique icons.

As part of our updates to the calendar view, we have also added an auto-refresh mechanism that will continuously reload the calendar view every 5 minutes to ensure that data is regularly refreshed and accurate.

Admin-Only Promotion/Discount Codes

We've introduced a new setting for promotion/discount codes, which allow facility staff to configure promotion codes that are only eligible for facility staff to redeem through the AlleyTrak admin panel. This feature provides additional safe-guards for the use of promotion/discount codes and prevents unauthorized use/redemption.
