Order Cancellation Notifications

We've extended the order cancellation notification email that is sent to customers when they cancel their event, to now also send the cancellation notification when a staff member cancels/deletes the reservation from within the AlleyTrak admin panel.

AlleyTrak Memberships

We're excited to announce that we will be introducing membership programs in AlleyTrak. Membership programs will enable facilities to group customers into different programs that enable the customer to book special events or access to member exclusive discounts and promotions.

In this week's update, we've introduced new infrastructure to support the membership program. That includes the ability to create and define membership programs, and to associate customers to specific programs. From the membership management page, facility staff will have the ability to add customers individually, or they can perform a bulk import. 

When adding customers to a membership program, AlleyTrak will perform a check to identify if the customer already exists in AlleyTrak. If not, we will establish a customer profile before enrolling them in the promotion.
