AlleyTrak version 5.46.0 Introduces Package Pricing Enhancements, and Package Group by Lanes.
Package Pricing Enhancements
We've added new logic to the Package pricing mode “Base Price for x Guests”. Until now, packages with this pricing model would always charge the base price, and any additional fee for guests above the limit included in the base price.
This works well in instances where your included guest count is equal to or greater than the number of guests per lane. This pricing method does not charge additional fees for additional lanes reserved (unless the customer is purchasing more than the required number of lanes).
Example Package:
Base Price: $100.00
For x Guests: 10 guests
Add-on Guest Price: $8.00
Guests Per Lane: 6

In some instances, you may want to charge the full Base Price for each lane reserved but still have an add-on charge for additional guests. This rule applies when you set the included number of guests in the base package to be less than the number of guests per lane.

Add-on Guest Price: $8.00

Package Group Enhancements
We've added a new way for you to group and limit package events. You can now restrict package availability based on the total number of lanes already reserved. For example, you may set a limit that prevents more than 15 lanes from ever being reserved for a particular package group.
In-App Notification Enhancements
We've added new logic to prevent duplicate notifications from showing up in the system. Should you or a customer repeatedly trigger a notification , the system will proactively remove any duplicate and refresh the notification for you.
